This is the matching Windows 7 Theme I created to go with the mobile phone theme I released earlier based on the TechTV show Call For Help.
Here is what the theme contains:
OK, who remembers this TechTV Gem. It was originally hosted by tech guru Leo Laporte but is it more closely associated with “Technology Evangelist” Chris Pirillo. The general idea of the show was that frustrated computer users called into the show and Chris (or Leo) answered their questions live on the air. It aired from 1998-2004 on TechTV and returned in a new format filmed in Canada from 2004-2007. Here is what my theme includes:
11 Wallpapers to choose from for MicroSD Installation
3 Chris Pirillo related SMS Ringtones
3 Standard Ringtones (Classic Call For Help Theme, The Final Call For Help Theme, G4TechTV Fanfare)
This Theme was inspired by the phenomenal fantasy artwork of Josephine Wall, she is a UK based artist specializing in the surreal and Fantasy based.

Just a small footnote to my decision to get into this among my many other graphics. In the days of Windows 98 I designed Plus! Themes and did so for many, many years I had a lot of fun doing them. With the release of Windows 7 Microsoft completely rewrote the rules on making Desktop Themes making it more easier and entertaining (process wise). I still visit my old chums at the Theme Shackto get inspirations for whenever I decide to create a theme about something.
UPDATED February 19th 2012 2:31 PM (EST) – added new Wallpapers, a custom cursor scheme and more icons to choose from.
This theme was inspired by my all-time favorite NFL team the Detroit Lions, based out of Ford Field they have an offensive lineup that cannot be matched in the regular season.
Created for Lions Fans Everywhere.

Seeing as I was making a theme based on the TV show I felt it would be appropriate to make one based on the movie adaptation. Being a the HUGE fan of Underdog that I was I actually enjoyed this film. The only beef that I had with it was that it deviated from the original show’s storyline but I understand that had to be done given script writing sometimes you have to make sacrifices. Anyhow Here is what you get in the package:
Ringtone – Underdog Theme
Alternate Ringtone – Underdog & Polly Purebred
SMS – Shoeshine Boy Saying “Give The Dog Your Food”
This theme was inspired by the classic 1960′s cartoon series which starred famed voice actor Wally Cox (famous for Screwy Squirrel) as Shoeshine Boy who when danger threatened ran into the nearest phone booth and became his alter-ego Underdog who had the speed of lightning and superhuman strength which helped him in doing battle against the evil Simon Bar Sinister. Here is what you get in the package:
This was created based on a friend’s request for a personalized theme for his Blackberry. I was told by his dad that he is heavily into this artist so I decided to tackle it seeing as I haven’t seen one made yet
I had a listen to some of this guy’s music and he’s pretty kool in my opinion. Ryan, if you are reading this I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to filling out more requests as I receive them.

Who Remembers this TechTV Gem? This was one thing I actually looked forward to watching on TV in the early millennium. It was a show where the hosts Leo Laporte & Kate Botello (later replaced by Patrick Norton) hosted a live call-in show in which they helped people with answers to their problems with their “Personal Confuser” as Leo called it. They also had guests who demonstrated the latest in Technology and innovations. This theme was created for the fans who loved the show as much as I did. And I know there are A LOT of Tech TV Fans out there. here is what you get

SMS – Welcome Back To The Screen Savers
